Timothy J. Barton

Timothy J. Barton, Esquire, is a 1988 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law. Tim completed his undergraduate work at LaSalle University, where he majored in premed and was a member of the Academic Honors Program. Immediately after graduating from Villanova Law, Tim gained valuable litigation experience as a Deputy Public Defender at the Bucks County Courthouse where he tried numerous major felony cases to jury verdict. Tim has also appeared before the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties; the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts; and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Tim is currently engaged in all aspects of general litigation, including civil, commercial and criminal cases, with a primary focus on personal injury matters. He is an active member of the Bucks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Pa Trial Lawyers Association.
